Keith Belknap is President of Mueller Systems, where his primary focus is overseeing and supporting the implementation of the operational and strategic direction of the company. Mr. Belknap also serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Mueller Water Products, Inc., the publicly-traded parent company of Mueller Systems.

Prior to joining the Mueller companies, Mr. Belknap served as general counsel and head of corporate and business development for a digital media and advertising company. Prior to that time, he held senior legal positions with two Fortune 200 manufacturing companies. He came to these positions from the law firm of Skadden Arps, where he focused on domestic and international strategic and financial transactions.

Mr. Belknap earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from the University of Tulsa (Phi Beta Kappa) and a Juris Doctor with honors from Harvard Law School.

Hassan Ali is Vice President and General Manager of Mueller Systems, where his primary focus is overseeing and implementing the strategic direction of the company as well as the development of its smart metering solutions, which include the Mi.Net® Infrastructure Network for Utilities—Mueller Systems’ fixed 2-way advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system—Mueller Systems’ drive-by automated meter reading (AMR) system and its full line of residential, commercial and fire-line meters from Hersey®.

A smart meter and water infrastructure expert, Ali regularly presents on AMI and smart metering topics at industry events, especially those that are hosted by the American Water Works Association (AWWA). He is also frequently published as an industry thought leader in trade publications that focus on the water space.

Prior to joining Mueller Systems, Ali served as General Manager, Vice President and Director of Marketing for Landis+Gyr, and Director of Quality and Business Excellence at Siemens Power Transmission & Distribution.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo and has completed programs in Advanced Management from Duke University.

Kevin Keim is Vice President of Sales for the Mueller Technologies companies, including Mueller Systems.

Kevin has almost 20 years of experience in technology sales to water utilities, including metering systems and leak detection, with a proven track record of increasing sales and margins. Prior to joining the Company, Kevin worked for Itron, Inc. where he managed a sales team in 26 states and provided leadership in selling turnkey projects for AMI, leak detection, and software as a service (SaaS).

Prior to Itron, Kevin was a National Account Manager with Badger Meter where he developed sales with large utility customers in the Western United States and Canada.  He began his career with Michelin, where he worked in sales and later as a Regional Market Development Manager.

Kevin received his bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University in 1993 in Business Administration with an emphasis in International Marketing.

Thomas Butler is Vice President, Marketing for Mueller Systems where he is responsible for product management, marketing, and customer service teams.

Prior to joining Mueller Systems, Mr. Butler was the Director of Product Marketing for water solutions at Itron. In this capacity, he was responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of North American product lines and oversaw substantial growth of the water solutions portfolio. He has more than 22 years of experience in the water utility sector in marketing, product management, and sales management roles.

Mr. Butler has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Alabama and holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Leo University. He has been an active member in the water industry including AWWA committee memberships, state Rural Water Associations, and has frequently been a featured speaker at water events.

Josh Perkins is Sr. Director of Operations for Mueller Systems. He oversees the Company’s manufacturing operations in Cleveland, North Carolina.

Mr. Perkins joined Mueller Systems in 2012 as the Manager of Manufacturing Engineering, where he led the day to day floor support, including process improvement and new machining processes for the plant. He also led the Manufacturing team in the launch of several new products including the new solid state register and 435 meter. Mr. Perkins also acted as the Environmental Health & Safety Manager for the plant for his first two years with Mueller.

Prior to joining Mueller Systems, Mr. Perkins was Manufacturing Engineering Manager with Ingersoll Rand Company. Earlier in his career he held operations, engineering and sales positions with a number of other companies, including Timkin Bearing Company, Curtis Screw Company and Mitten Fluid Power.

Mr. Perkins received his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Manufacturing Management from the University of New York at Buffalo.

Tom Cullinan is Vice President of Engineering for Mueller Systems, where his primary focus is further developing the Mi.Net® Infrastructure Network for Utilities—Mueller Systems’ fixed 2-way advanced metering infrastructure (AMI) system—and Mueller Systems’ drive-by automated meter reading (AMR) system as well as its full line of residential, commercial and fire-line meters from Hersey®.

Cullinan has more than 25 years of experience in the electronics industry, where he has been involved in the development of advanced automation and monitoring systems for water and electric utilities.

He earned a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Lowell.

Lowell Rust is Vice President, Professional Services for Mueller Systems where he is responsible for the installation and delivery of Mueller Systems’ Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) technologies. These technologies include the end-to-end process of solution design and pre-installation network evaluation, implementation and project management, training and post installation support of the installed systems.

Prior to joining Mueller Systems, Rust was the Director of Product Management for Electric Solutions at Itron. In this capacity, he was responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of electric product lines and oversaw the growth of the electric solutions portfolio by over 3x to annual revenues in excess of $600MM including the management of a staff of product managers, application engineers and associated support staff. He has over 20 years of experience in the power and utility sector(s).

Rust has a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and is a graduate of the US Navy Nuclear Power School. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
